Quick question about Matrix glitch chip and stock firmware...

you need to flash back to your last working nand dump to rule out other issues, if that does not boot then its possible something has been damaged

I have been out of the scene for a while not by choice so much but because the lack of time and a place to work. I have since setup an "Evil Laboratory" for this sort of thing and that gave me the desire to find the time. I once again tackled this board and got it to boot! I will be sending it back to jona very soon.

You my good sir, are a living legend . Can't thank you enough i was tearing my hair out!!!! So just for everybody else to know, how did you fix it? A reflow???

No reflow. I did a good cleanup on it, rebuilt the glitch image using the NAND backup you sent and flashed that with a USB programmer. I gained hope then when the RRoD went away. I then installed the matrix chip and you know the rest.

My gut is telling me it was just a bad flash because of the para cable you used originally. It's really hard to pin down what the exact cure was but it works now and that's all that matters.

Ok cool! Bad flash sounds about right..... my flasher was anything but good >.>. I actually just remade it with all new shiny wires and a bread board. Thanks again bud !
