This... though mild and somewhat derivative I like thus far (considering it's a Canadian produced series).

Ugh, I'm not ready to try another Canadian series after watching a couple episodes of Between. I'd run out of things to watch, which is why I gave it a second and third chance. I got 10 minutes into episode 3, and couldn't take it anymore. The story itself isn't that bad, but most those actors are AWFUL. There was one who had a raspy bored voice for every scene. Any time when he was supposed to be happy, sad, scared, etc., he just sounded bored.

PS: Sorry if there are any Between fans here.

I just got done watching season 2 of The 100, a lot better than season 1. I also watched season 2 episode 1 of True Detective and don't think I'll be watching this season because of Vince Vaughn ruined it for me, he is better suited playing in comedies with that big nose f'er.

I like The 100 quite a bit, but I wish they would ease up on the romance.

People had too high of an expectation with season 2. The acting quality is quite good; the scripts and story line however, are another matter. Extremely poor season 2 thus far.

I'm doing a run through Firefly and Serenity. I'm on episode 10.

I hope that they do a reboot someday. Nathan Fillion is too old to pick up the show again, so I don't see why people bother fighting for them to bring it back in its original form.

Edit: Since Serenity isn't on the US Netflix site (I'll have to check the others out), I tried out Farscape. It's not my kind of show, as I've never cared for stuff with aliens (except Star Wars, but that's heavily based on humans), but I really want to broaden my horizon. I'm going to watch a few more episodes.

I got tired of Farscape, although I'm glad I at least tried it, because I broadened my tastes a little. The extremely obvious low budget was pretty funny too, particularly in the first half of season 1.

I tried out Outlander. I'd recommend it to people who like Game of Thrones. While the plot is very different, it has that same sort of feel to it. Just don't watch it when your kids are around.

I'm reading the book now (there are 8 of them), because I can't wait for season 2.

PS: I've learned not to trust redcoats like @RobGee789 from Outlander.

Just got done watching Back to the Future with my 10 and 11 year olds. I thought they would enjoy the series so I recorded them while they were on AMC. They got a kick of out of part one just as I thought they would. Can't wait to watch the other two parts with them. Can't beat Classic movies like the Back to the Future series.
Judge me by the content of my character and not the color of my politics.

I wasn't so crazy about the second one, but they are great movies.

I finished season 1 of Outlander pretty quickly, and I regularly check for a season 2 premiere date. It's rumored March 2016, but nothing official.

PS: It turns out they toned the sex scenes down in the show. Some of the scenes in the book are steamy. Like had me reaching for ice water steamy.

I recently watched the entire series of Six Feet Under. It had a lot I didn't care to see but there was also enough of other stuff to keep me interested enough to continue watching. I gave it a shot because I loved Dexter and Michael C Hall was one of the main characters in it. Although his characters are quite different between the two shows...
